Cancellation Policy

Consultation Policies – 30-Minute and 1-Hour Sessions No Refunds All purchases for consultation services are final and non-refundable. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service or inability to attend the scheduled session. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their consultation at any time before the scheduled session without penalty by notifying us in advance. To ensure availability, we recommend providing as much notice as possible. No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy: If a client fails to attend a session without prior notice or cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled time, it will be at our sole discretion whether to allow a rescheduling. We value your time and ask that you extend the same courtesy to Michael by keeping us informed of any changes as early as possible. Non-Transferable Consultation bookings are non-transferable. The session is intended solely for the individual who made the booking and cannot be reassigned to another party.
